Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the entire Food and Beverage division, crafting bespoke guest experiences that reflect Sofitel’s art of hospitality. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to design menus and signature moments infused with French flair and local inspiration. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that promote the hotel’s Food and Beverage experience and elevate brand visibility. Champion operational excellence, driving P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and sustainable profit growth. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and HACCP compliance across all outlets. Mentor and develop a passionate, high-performing team that embodies the Sofitel spirit of elegance and excellence. Analyse market trends, competitor insights, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance experiences. Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and luxury experiences.
