Location: Melbourne CBD, VIC Employment Type: Full-time | 12-month Fixed Term Contract Industry: Asset Management, Facilities Management Salary: Competitive Benefits What You’ll Do Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in line with procedures Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans across contracts Manage internal and external client RFIs as part of business-as-usual processes Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, ensuring taxonomy compliance Maintain data integrity across asset lifecycle, engineering, and maintenance planning Support upkeep of the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document Assist Data Engineers & Coordinators in efficient use of FMS@ISS Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations Establish reporting frameworks within FMS Enable long-term PPM smoothing for resource and budget efficiency Contribute to ongoing ISO 55001 certification maintenance What We’re Looking For Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP) Strong skills in MS Excel and other data applications High attention to detail and process orientation Asset management experience in building services (preferred but not essential) Results-focused with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Effective communicator across technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders Why Join Us?
