After a year of renovations, the Club House is growing its Food & Beverage offering and expanding its restaurant services for both members and the public. The Role: The Club House Chef will be responsible for producing delicious, well-executed meals for locals to enjoy-whether they're coming off the golf course or wrapping up a day in the office. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll develop exciting seasonal menus, daily specials, corporate and function offerings, all while managing budgets and understanding the kitchen's P&L. You'll order from local suppliers, oversee kitchen operations, and lead the team day-to-day. Your Skills and Experience: The successful candidate will be required to have, but is not limited to the following attributes.
