The Role Reporting to the General Manager of El Questro, the Operations Manager role at Emma Gorge and The Station ensures these iconic properties deliver the exceptional guest services and experiences they are renowned for. Please note we have one role available at Emma Gorge and one role at The Station As the host and primary point of contact, you will be a natural communicator who thrives on building professional relationships with guests, is highly organised, and brings genuine warmth and rapport to every interaction. This is a role for a passionate, professional, and results-driven leader who is dedicated to delivering high standards of service in a relaxed outback environment. Duties Be the face of the property, welcoming guests and exceeding their expectations. Foster a passionate and professional culture, leading by example and inspiring your team. Deliver personalised guest experiences to the highest standard. Manage a team of approximately 70ppl, overseeing Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and working closely with Maintenance. Maintain exceptional service levels for every guest. Oversee financials, including staff rostering, with support from the General Manager. Skills & Experience Proven hospitality experience in a similar leadership role. Experience managing guest groups in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills, with adaptability to guest requirements. High-level communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of premium food and beverage offerings. Front office experience (highly regarded). Proficiency in RMS or similar property management systems. A passion for guest service and team leadership, with the ability to train and develop a cohesive team. Qualifications Approved Manager Card, WA Liquor Licensing (essential). Food Safety Certificate (essential). Manual/Open Driver's License (essential). Advanced First Aid/First Aid Certificate (essential). Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent (desirable).
