The Health System Planning and Development Branch (HSPD) is a diverse, enthusiastic branch that collaborates with community partners and other government entities to plan for population demand and address community needs. We seek a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. The successful person will provide high level leadership and advice to the Directorate on health-related contract management and grants administration processes for community sector investments. This includes continuous and strategic review of systems and processes and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the work of the Branch is responsive to the organisations and stakeholders’ needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of skilled officers in contract and grant administration. Manage planning, tendering, contract formulation, and compliance for community sector investment. Provide expert advice on legislation, policy frameworks, and strategic processes relating to procurement and grants. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
