About the role Join our dedicated team at Sargood on Collaroy as our Reception Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire the Guest Services team while supporting the management team to ensure seamless, efficient operations every day. Key responsibilities include: Lead and manage the front-of-house and guest services team to maintain high standards of service. Oversee end-to-end booking administration. Co-ordinate and manage all NDIS bookings. Execute funding requirements related to guest stays, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide financial reporting support by accurately processing and reporting accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests and potential guests from their initial inquiry through to post-stay feedback. You will embody sincerity and professionalism, fostering a relaxed, stress-free environment that enhances their stay at our world-class facility. Oversee daily guest services and operations at Sargood on Collaroy. Ensure bookkeeping and accounts are maintained to a consistently high standard. Coordinate trades and contractors onsite during business hours to support smooth operations. About you We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: Minimum 2 years' experience in a front of house role in either an accommodation/hospital admissions or practice/clinic setting. Experience working with the NDIS. Ability to demonstrate best practice in administration and customer service. Experience in month end reporting. Experience with day-to-day accounts receivable functions. Effective interpersonal skills, sound written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to follow directions, work in a team environment and meet deadlines. Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and understanding of other compensable funding bodies and insurance schemes including icare. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support the Guest Services team. Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills. High standard of personal presentation. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail. Confident in money handling and accurate cash balancing.
