The Opportunity Due to ongoing growth, we have a new opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the team. With your expertise, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. As a proactive project administrator, you will oversee project documentation and reporting, coordinate rosters and timesheets, support payroll, procurement, and collaborate with Project Managers and Supervisors to meet project deadlines. In this dynamic role, you’ll also be supporting the onboarding process and training coordination for new starters as well as providing general administrative support to the Program Director and project teams. As a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail, you will proactively look for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency across the team. Your ability to prioritise competing deadlines, maintain accuracy and communicate effectively will make you an invaluable part of our operations.
