The Senior Director for Portfolio Planning and Alignment leads operational responsibilities of the Portfolio Planning and Alignment team to strategically manage the public housing portfolio; the position plays a significant role in contributing to the development of the annual capital program in the context of the ACT Housing Strategy and Growing and Renewing Public Housing. The position works closely with various teams throughout the Division to ensure the portfolio aligns to the needs of current and future tenants. The position is often required to assess complex situations quickly and involve multiple stakeholders to determine suitable resolutions. The suitable applicant will be expected to demonstrate senior management and leaderships capabilities and have the ability to think strategically in an operational environment and possess well developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
