1x full time ongoing position (part-time considered) 1x maximum term position up to 6 months Salary range: $64,827 - $78,718 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model Can be based at either Bairnsdale or Morwell office About the roleVictoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking engaged and client focused administrators to join our team in Gippsland. Our Gippsland team comprises of staff across both Morwell and Bairnsdale offices, and this position can be based at either one of the office locations. Occasional travel to other offices may be required for training. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is based at our Bairnsdale or Morwell office on Gunaikurnai Country. About youAs our ideal candidate, you will possess: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure. Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused services in complex, confidential, and sensitive settings. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in word processing and the Microsoft Office suite. A track record of commitment to collaborative teamwork and achieving collective goals. Experience providing administrative &/or reception support, ideally within a legal environment (highly desirable). Don't meet every requirement?
