Working with two other Team Leaders and reporting to the Manager, Inquiries and Systems Reform, this role is critical in providing oversight of the work program and outputs of the inquiries area. Strong people and project management skills, written communication skills and attention to detail are central to this position. Knowledge of and experience in inquiries methodology and stakeholder consultation will also be beneficial. In this role you will: manage a team of senior inquiries and review officers manage a case load of inquiries ensure the production of high quality, impactful and timely inquiry reports contribute to ongoing business improvement and process refinement.
