What you’ll do: Provide database support to the team and service line, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information powers everyday business decisions. Own and maintain CRM and property databases to the highest standards. Lead the implementation of datasets nationally. Track meetings, submissions, deal evidence, and team performance metrics. Create compelling content for client presentations and market updates. Build stack plans, manage stock availability, and ensure listings are current across platforms. Collaborate with operators and researchers to align insights and strategy. Generate targeted mailing lists and manage eComms with precision. Identify and drive process improvements across the team.
