About the Role Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Transfer Pricing team, starting January 2026. Our Transfer Pricing team supports clients to correctly navigate the rules and methods for pricing transactions of intercompany dealings using principles established by the ATO and the OECD Guidelines. The team support clients with compliance work, the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and various consulting work. As a Graduate in the Transfer Pricing Tax, you can expect to: Collaborate with senior team members on advisory projects, such as restructuring, supply chain planning, and tax-efficient solutions. Participate in client meetings and contribute to technical discussions, gaining exposure to strategic tax planning. Assist with modelling and implementation of transfer pricing policies, including journal entries and cost allocation. Leverage data analytics and emerging AI tools to enhance benchmarking, automate documentation processes, and improve insights for clients. Research technical issues using transfer pricing legislation, case law, and regulatory guidance, and summarise findings clearly. Conduct economic and financial analysis to support intercompany pricing arrangements, including benchmarking studies and comparability analysis. Perform functional and risk analysis of client operations to identify key value drivers and align with arm’s length principles. Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation (Local File and Master File) in line with OECD Guidelines and ATO requirements. Support compliance activities, including preparation of annual transfer pricing reports and responding to tax authority queries. Maintain accurate engagement records and ensure adherence to firm quality standards and risk management procedures. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess potential impacts on client transfer pricing arrangements.
