This is a high-impact opportunity, working alongside Marketing, Brand, Creative & Digital teams within a high-performing, innovative company culture. The Role: Working directly alongside the CRM Manager & Head of Digital, to drive growth & retention strategies across a huge customer database, executing the promotional calendar, mapping customer journeys and building audience segments. You will be responsible for helping to shape & deliver newly created audience flows, re-activation campaigns and deliver strong engagement metrics. Essential Skills & Responsibilities: A solid, demonstrated background within CRM, Email Marketing & Loyalty focused roles Experience within the Retail, Consumer & Lifestyle sectors would be hugely advantageous but not essential Prior experience or exposure within subscription based businesses would be a huge plus!
