About the Role We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Content Marketing Executive with a passion for storytelling, editing, and producing engaging social content. You’ll play a key role in shaping ShopBack’s organic and paid social presence, working closely with the Content Manager to bring campaigns to life and grow our brand across platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute content strategies across all social channels (Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms) to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion. Lead the content creation process from concept to publication - including video editing, copywriting, and production coordination. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all content. Social Media Execution Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaign launches, business objectives, and key marketing moments. Optimise content performance through analytics and insights, leveraging data to refine creative strategies. Engage with communities across social platforms, responding to comments and fostering meaningful audience interactions. Campaign & Collaboration Partner with designers, photographers, videographers, and talent to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative. Support influencer and user-generated content initiatives where relevant, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. brand, partnerships, and account teams) to integrate social content within larger marketing campaigns. Innovation & Growth Stay across emerging social media trends, formats, and platform updates to keep ShopBack’s content fresh and relevant. Experiment with new ideas to increase shareability, engagement, and paid performance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content production. Strong understanding of social content creation, editing, and storytelling for short-form platforms. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A proactive, curious mindset - unafraid to experiment, learn, and adapt. Passion for creative trends and a keen sense of what makes content engaging and viral.
