We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team and help deliver the outstanding service our clients know us for. About the Role As a key member of our team, you’ll be the vital link between our clients, councils, and external service providers. You’ll manage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks while ensuring clear communication, professional service, and a smooth experience from enquiry to project completion. Key Responsibilities · Maintain regular contact with our valued clients and provide timely updates. · Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries via phone and email. · Provide accurate, professional information about products, services, and project progress. · Submit council applications and liaise with council representatives. · Submit approved documentation to building surveyors. · Support the Operations and Sales teams in preparing quotes, contracts, and project documents. · Coordinate with internal departments (Production and Construction) to ensure seamless project delivery. · Maintain accurate records of client communications and project milestones. · Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns. · Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling site visits, installations, and service appointments. · Upload essential documentation to external service providers. · Contribute to process improvements and client relationship initiatives. About You · Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. · Strong communicator who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships. · Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Experienced in administrative or client service roles (construction or manufacturing background advantageous). · Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. · Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
