The Opportunity: We seek to appoint an exceptional and highly accomplished Personal Assistant to join the College on a permanent, full-time basis (working a minimum of 45 weeks per annum). This position is dedicated to providing comprehensive, confidential support to two members of our Executive Leadership Team: the Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning and the Deputy Principal – Student Life and Wellbeing. The successful candidate will serve as the indispensable operational force for ensuring the efficient, precise, and seamless management of both Executive Offices. Your primary responsibility will be to maximise the productivity of the two Deputy Principals by expertly handling all complex administative, logistical and communication requirements associated with their high-level portfolios. We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable organisational discipline, demonstrates the capacity to operate with the strictest standards of confidentiality, and expertly manages diverse priorities with poise and precision. Your contribution will be vital to the College's leadership function. The role: Provision of a confidential secretarial service for Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning and Deputy Principal - Student Life and Wellbeing Maintain calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments on their behalf Event coordination with relevant leaders Support timetable administration and Daily Administration of the College Support activities such as external testing administration, subject selection processes, student reporting etc Coordination and booking of staff Professional Development Relief duties for the Daily Organiser, as required Preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, action follow ups What we need: A current South Australian Working With Child Check (WWCC) A current Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and neglect (RRHAN) certificate A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred) Certificate 3 or above in Business or Business Administration (preferred) All certificates and qualification(s) must be provided to the College prior to commencement of employment; and the College requires the applicant to disclose any information relevant to their eligibility to engage in activities involving children and young people.
