What will I be doing? As our Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end bid and tender process for government contracts and related opportunities in Australia, and our emerging global locations. Responsibilities and duties in this role will include: Lead and manage the entire bid/tender lifecycle to submission and post-bid review Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with government requirements and deadlines. Coordinate input from subject matter experts, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders. Draft, edit, and refine high-quality compelling written submissions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Asuria’s value proposition. Work closely with the Executive Director to identify upcoming opportunities and shape win strategies. Who are you? Skills and experience we are looking for include: 5 years’ experience in leading and managing end-to-end bid and tender processes, preferably within government contracting, employment services, training, or social impact sectors. Proven track record in developing and submitting successful, compliant, and high-quality bids for large, complex government tenders. Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, legal, subject matter experts) to deliver cohesive and competitive proposals. Experience in developing bid content, editing, and quality assuring written submissions. Experience working in or with international markets or supporting bids in emerging global locations will be highly regarded. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
