Position Summary We are increasing our production in Adelaide and are looking for enthusiastic, task-oriented, and reliable craftspeople to join our Production team at the R.M.Williams Workshop in Salisbury, Adelaide. In this full-time role, you’ll be hands-on in the production of quality leather products while gaining a deep understanding of our processes and craftsmanship. If you’re someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Full on-the-job training is provided. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and use hand tools to craft our iconic products. Ensure leather products meet quality and specification standards. Visually inspect products for quality assurance, promptly identifying and addressing issues. Achieve production KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets. Adhere to all safe work procedures and workplace safety standards.
