About the Role We are now recruiting for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Regulatory Compliance team based at Rowland Flat (Barossa). You’ll ensure all product packaging, labelling, and promotional artwork meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards. And be the key link between internal teams (Product Management, Winemaking, Legal) and external suppliers, coordinating the development, review, and approval of artwork for our diverse wine portfolio. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage workflow for dry goods approvals (labels, cartons, wraps, etc.) Coordinate internal approvals for new and vintage product artwork Manage artwork assets in the Digital Asset Hub for accuracy and version control Brief suppliers on artwork requirements for new/existing product projects Oversee artwork setup, specification changes, and final approval Register for Container Deposit Scheme and ensure state compliance What You'll Bring: Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Clear, professional communication at all levels Excellent planning & organisational skills A high level of attention to detail Flexible, proactive, and accountable approach Proactive nature: self motivated and enthusiastic approach Why Join Us?
