Key Responsibilities Lead organisational change management activities for AI adoption programs, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable outcomes. Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and training approaches tailored to client needs. Partner with consulting, delivery, and technology teams to align change initiatives with business objectives. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, building trust and confidence in AI‑enabled solutions. Identify adoption risks and design mitigation strategies to support long‑term success. Champion a human‑centred approach to AI, ensuring employees feel empowered and supported. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within client organisations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally within technology or digital transformation programs. Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges and opportunities in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience designing and delivering change strategies, training, and communications. A growth mindset with the ability to adapt approaches to diverse industries and contexts.
