As a Data and AI Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives within the analytics department, shaping the future of data and AI in the energy and natural resources industry. This role, based in Haymarket, focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to deliver impactful results. Description Lead the design and execution of enablement strategies for data and AI adoption Deliver engaging communications, learning programs, and change initiatives Coach teams on responsible AI use, including privacy, security, and governance Build and nurture a cross-functional community of data and AI practitioners Support the rollout of tools such as M365 Copilot and analytics platforms Profile You're a passionate change leader and communicator who thrives at the intersection of people and technology.
