Job Description The Field Operations team is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of metering services across Australia and New Zealand. The Performance function within Field Operations ensures that delivery metrics, safety standards, and cost efficiency targets are met through data-driven insights, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Role The Field Operations Performance & Analytics Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across field services, with a strong focus on UTC (Unable to Complete), UTA (Unable to Attend) and CTI (Cost to Install) performance. The role ensures delivery efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement by managing real-time feedback loops, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective actions. Your Key Accountabilities Lead analysis and reporting on UTC, UTA and CTI outcomes, ensuring performance trends are understood and addressed. Strengthen cost-to-install performance by embedding cost efficiency into planning, execution, and contractor management. Work closely with Field Service Providers to drive operational improvements and consistent delivery standards. Implement real-time feedback loops to capture field performance insights and resolve issues quickly. Support governance and compliance with Intellihub standards and customer requirements. Provide insights to leadership on performance risks, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement. Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
