Join our global centralised design team and help shape products used daily across two SaaS verticals: education and dry cleaning. As a Senior Product Designer reporting to our Head of Product Design, you'll work across two distinct SaaS verticals: education and dry cleaning. Your designs will reach small businesses and communities worldwide, solving real problems for real people every day. Working with teams in Australia and the US, you'll lead design initiatives that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a high-impact role for a versatile designer who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working across verticals, and is motivated by meaningful work that empowers small businesses and communities. You’ll work at the heart of a global design practice connecting with US-based peers in the mornings (AEST), then owning your craft in the afternoons. This rhythm empowers you to collaborate across time zones, influence decisions early, and carve out uninterrupted creative time when it counts What you’ll do As a Senior Product Designer, you will: Drive product strategy by translating user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable designs. Design across two industries, ensuring cohesive experiences and visual consistency. Collaborate across time zones with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery. Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation, research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to dev handoff and QA. Conduct and synthesise user research to guide product direction. Contribute to and evolve our design system to support accessibility and global scale. Facilitate workshops and design critiques, helping teams align around shared goals and user outcomes. Mentor other designers and foster a culture of creative excellence. You will partner with distributed teams in Australia and the US, working mornings (AEST) to connect and afternoons to create. Location: Preference for candidates based out of Melbourne where our Xplor office is located but will consider applicants remote in Australia & who have full working rights.
