You are a proactive Salesforce leader with over 5 years of experience managing development, administration, and QA teams to drive platform excellence. With strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you excel at turning complex business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Further studies, such as advanced Salesforce training or specialised certifications, complement your expertise. Your Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Solution Architect, and Cloud Consultant or OmniStudio.
