We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced environment. This is a 6 month initial contract in Melbourne and will support the technology department in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Experience with SAP systems is a bonus Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes. Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the project manager. Support the technology team in implementing project plans and strategies. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Contribute to process improvements and project efficiency initiatives. Profile A successful Project Coordinator should have: A background in project coordination or administration within the Energy Sector or technology sectors. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
