What You Bring: Lindsay Transport has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our administration team in our Melbourne depot. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring efficient administrative operations, compliance, and team performance. This role is a 12-month part-time maternity cover, Sunday to Wednesday, with a start time of 12:00 PM. What You'll Do: Customer Coordination – Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations. Driver Debriefing – Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs. Freight Bookings & Scheduling – Manage delivery slots and customer requests. Operations Support – Liaise with depot staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Admin & Reporting – Assist the Admin and Depot Manager with daily tasks.
