They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the General Manager, a role that combines high-level executive support with hands-on operational coordination across HR, payroll, systems, and inventory management. About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of key business functions. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working at the intersection of executive coordination, process improvement, and cross-departmental communication. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-level administrative support to the General Manager including diary, travel, meeting coordination, and executive documentation. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up on management action items. Coordinate HR and payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Monitor workforce data and assist in performance and engagement initiatives. Oversee inventory reporting, stocktake reviews, and variance analysis for solar components. Act as a super-user for Oracle ERP, managing data integrity, access, and system improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. About You You are a capable and highly organised individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You take initiative, work well under pressure, and enjoy a role where your attention to detail directly supports executive decision-making. You’ll bring: A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Department Supervisor, or ERP Administrator. Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, or solar (PV) is highly regarded. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and inventory coordination. Proficiency with ERP systems: Oracle ERP experience preferred. Advanced MS Office skills and excellent communication ability. High integrity, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
