Role: Front Desk Administrator Location: Kalamunda Hourly Rate: $35.50 Penalties Job Type: Temp to Perm Duration: Long-Term role Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible with hours) Role Overview: You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impressions, both in person and over the phone. You'll manage daily front desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors , clients and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner Answering and directing incoming calls and emails Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception and showroom area Provide administrative and personal assistant support to the general manager and sales manager. This includes (managing calendars, scheduling meeting and coordinating travel arrangements). Develop and schedule engaging content for the organisations social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Respond to basic social media inquiries or direct them to the appropriate sales team member. Create and maintain strong relationship with all the stakeholders by displaying the organisations core values Requirements: Friendly, professional and dependable approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and time-management Must have a car and licence Full working rights within Australia
