Description The Role As a Team Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting one of the firm’s Business Advisory teams by providing high-quality administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing the tasks outlined below, assisting with client communications, and supporting the team with compliance, reporting, and maintaining client records. Over time, you will also take on additional administrative responsibilities as the role evolves. Compilation of Tax Packs (Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns), together with monthly fees Effective management of calendars and schedules for both Partners and Managers Act as a main point of contact between clients and Partners/Managers for scheduling, document collection, or follow-ups Coordinate and manage the client onboarding process from start to finish.
