Job Description The People Administrator is responsible for responding to general HR enquiries, maintaining employee records, and coordinating the onboarding process which involves ensuring new starters are set up in our HRIS system, Workday. What you can expect: Managing the HR inbox, responding to general queries & triaging matters where required Manage day to day issuing of employment contracts and following up missing paperwork Ensuring employee records are up to date in our HRIS Educating users on how to use Workday. Managing the work rights of the entire workforce (during the onboarding process & throughout employment). Coordinating bookings for a high volume of training courses such as First Aid, Food Safety Training & RSA.
