We’re on the lookout for an experienced and people-driven Human Resources Manager to lead the human resources function for a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll influence culture, support leaders, and drive strategic people initiatives across a growing organisation. About the Role As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources across multiple sites, supporting both operational and corporate teams. You'll lead a small, capable team while working closely with senior management to ensure a high-performing, compliant, and values-driven workplace.
