Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage an assigned residential property portfolio (about 160 properties), handling day-to-day communication with landlords and tenants, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, inspections, and arrears management. Advertise and lease vacant properties, conduct tenant inspections, complete entry and exit reports, and ensure rental compliance. Use cloud-based property management software (Property Me, Inspection Express and IRE) to streamline all property processes. Coordinate and approve maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and keep property owners informed about significant issues. Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports. A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence.
