The team handles matters from residential conveyancing to large-scale developments, including master contracts, joint ventures, easements, owners corporation matters and development finance documentation. The firm has a visible, engaged approach to development projects. Key responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing and settlements Prepare and review contracts for sale, transfers, easements, covenants and leases Support due diligence and documentation for development projects, including master contracts and vendor/purchaser packs Liaise with clients, developers, lenders, councils and other stakeholders Assist seniors on complex development matters and owners corporation issues About you Qualified solicitor (admitted) with 1–3 years PQE for junior lawyer role, or licensed conveyancer with relevant experience Experience/exposure to conveyancing and property development matters preferred Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a busy practice environment Package & culture Competitive salary with professional development opportunities Hybrid working: four days in office, one day remote Engaging, development-focused practice with mentoring from senior specialists Details Apply Now
