As a Learning Delivery Specialist, your role will be to develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning solutions to build capability and support the development of staff across various business units. You will also administer learning delivery and content, and knowledge management via the learning management system This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver engaging training sessions and capability development programs for individuals and groups Contribute to the design and testing of learning experiences Facilitate across a range of formats and delivery methods Manage learning content, records, and reporting through relevant systems and tools Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement Apply adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development ABOUT YOU 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a large, fast paced organisation Demonstrated ability to design and deliver learning solutions, both formal and informal Strong ability to coach, develop, and facilitate group learning Workers’ compensation experience would be highly advantageous Proficient in MS Office suite & strong computer literacy Internal applicants: To be eligible for this role, it is desirable that you have achieved EML Grow Immediate level and be working towards Advanced level.
