We’re looking for a passionate Talent Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic P&C team. Reporting to the Talent and HR Project Lead, you’ll deliver best practice, end-to-end talent solutions that help OHV attract, engage, and retain great people. You’ll also play an active role in developing and delivering initiatives that make OHV an employer of choice in public oral health. What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences – from job brief to offer. Use innovative sourcing strategies and social media to connect with high-quality, diverse talent. Build and nurture our talent communities and employment brand. Enhance the candidate experience through streamlined, tech-enabled processes. Coach and empower hiring managers to build capability in best practice recruitment. About you You’re a people-focused, proactive talent professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll bring: Strong experience across end-to-end recruitment and candidate care Expertise in sourcing strategies and use of LinkedIn and eRecruitment systems The ability to consult, influence and build relationships across all levels Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes A curiosity for innovation and continuous improvement Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field, and experience in public health or community services, will be highly regarded.
