Job Description The role In this permanent full-time role, you will be a trusted partner to our Health portfolio and will have a fantastic opportunity to lead a high performing team, supporting business leaders across several national allied health brands to achieve exceptional outcomes. Working in a dynamic environment with a growing team, you will use your broad P&C Partnering experience to lead and deliver a range of high-impact strategic initiatives and interventions, including change management, cultural interventions, acquisitions and integration, and engagement & retention. You will make an impact by: Working in partnership with senior operational and P&C leaders to introduce interventions that support the achievement of Health portfolio objectives. Leading, coaching and supporting a small team of high performing P&C Business Partners. Managing complex employee & industrial relations matters. Delivering people change initiatives including integration and transformation activities. Introducing creative and innovative engagement activities to continually improve retention and strengthen APM’s position as an employer of choice. Proactively reviewing existing ways of working to identify opportunities to enhance existing frameworks, policies and processes in line with industry best practice to introduce new and innovative approaches. Partnering with our learning and development team to deploy effective professional development strategies for leaders and allied health workers. Working collaboratively to interpret people metrics and deliver action plans and interventions. Bringing your exceptional communication and influencing skills and a proactive approach, you will be confident building and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will also have strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage and deliver on a broad range of priorities. You will have: Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications. Demonstrated Generalist HR experience with a depth of understanding across the full suite of HR activities. Experience fostering a culture of engagement and achievement in teams that you’ve led. Proven ability to source, synthesise and analyse a range of quantitative and qualitative data to recognise trends and develop recommendations, strategies, plans, policies and solutions. Capability to challenge people, situations and current thinking effectively, creatively and respectfully.
