You’ll work alongside an experienced Lead Agent, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of real estate buyers agency, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation. The role is ideal for someone who’s polished, professional, and hungry to succeed, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career as a Lead Agent. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new business through calls, agent referrals and database management. Support the Lead Agent in all aspects of the sales process, from signing clients to settlement of purchase. Attend property inspections, open homes, and buyer appointments. Prepare marketing materials, reports, and client communications. Manage CRM data entry and follow-up communication with clients and leads. Work some Saturdays as required for inspections and open homes. About You Passionate about real estate and motivated to build a career as a Lead Buyers Agent. Highly polished, professional, and confident in presentation and communication. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn from an experienced Lead Buyers Agent. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence essential.
