Conduct detailed property research and deal evaluations to identify and communicate value to clients. Collaborate closely with the Director and team to review property briefs, assess deals, and deliver tailored solutions for each client. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business by providing exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities: Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence . Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate (buyers agent, sales agent, or related role). Proven ability to source, analyse, and communicate the value of property deals. Excellent communication and phone skills , with the confidence to build rapport and long-term relationships. Strong work ethic, drive, and eagerness to learn , with a passion for property and helping clients grow their investment portfolios.
