Your Role: Produce accurate, detailed working drawings, floor plans, slab layouts Collaborate with the wider office team Ensure compliance with NCC, BCA, R-Codes, developer guidelines, and Australian Standards Conduct final drawing checks before issuing for construction Maintain job records and documentation throughout the process What You’ll Bring: Minimum Certificate IV in Residential Drafting Proficient in ArchiCAD (v25 or above preferred) Experience drafting for a residential builder— Perth-based experience preferred Familiarity with LDPs, planning policies and developer guidelines Attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently What’s On Offer: Full-time, permanent role with a growing business Central office with free parking Cohesive collaborative team culture and supportive knowledgeable management Opportunity to work on a steady stream of single-storey home projects Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
