This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level designer to step into a leadership role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality commercial landscape projects from concept through to construction. Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources. Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and clients to deliver integrated design outcomes. Prepare fee proposals, manage scope changes, and support business development initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Ensure compliance with council regulations and construction standards. What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial landscape architecture. Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of construction practices. Proficiency in CAD and other design/documentation software. Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
