This is a true drafting role ideal for someone passionate about producing detailed, accurate drawings using ArchiCAD . Key Responsibilities Prepare preliminary, planning, and working drawings for residential builds Ensure all documentation complies with NCC, R-Codes, local council, & developer requirements Complete drafting amendments, variations, and clarifications as needed Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery Uphold high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all work About You Minimum 3 years’ residential drafting experience within the WA housing market Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills Thorough understanding of WA design, planning, and compliance standards Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer From $85K Super , depending on experience 2 days WFH per week for better work-life balance Osborne Park office , conveniently located near shops and public transport Opportunity to work across diverse home designs and block types Supportive culture with genuine long-term career stability Take the next step in your drafting career today.
