Job Description As the People & Culture Executive , you will play a key role in delivering guidance and support to all team members, throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will champion our Heartist culture, fostering engagement, diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, providing expert advice and guidance on people related matters. Support department leaders in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including on the job programs and online learning modules. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, Accor primary policies and employment legislation. Maintain accurate team member records and produce monthly reports on recruitment, training, turnover, and people related matters.
