Job Description We're looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Operations team, to support our diverse business in this core, hands-on role. You’ll apply your expertise across P&C policies, processes, systems, and administration to support our people. You will collaborate with P&C colleagues and line managers across the business to deliver key functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and contract management, remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, and system implementations. Responsibilities Be the voice of People Operations and deliver clear, timely, and helpful communication through our People inbox — resolving queries and guiding employees to the best outcomes. Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth, consistent, and compliant with reporting requirements. Provide accurate advice and guidance on People & Culture policies and processes. Manage employee and position data — ensuring our records are up-to-date, reliable, and ready for reporting. Partner with Payroll - Collaborate closely to ensure seamless people processes. Lead and support updates to our HRIS, contributing to smarter, more efficient ways of working
