The Role As an OTC Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts across multiple locations in Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Managing contracts for multiple sites across Australia Preparing and processing monthly invoicing, including attaching supporting documentation and ensuring accurate submission Handling contract cancellations and variations Resolving contract issues identified in reports Providing support for the internal sales tool Assisting Branch Managers and operational teams with customer reports and renewal documentation Resolving Accounts Payable disputes using internal systems Processing contract changes via our management software About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous administration experience in a similar role Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset A collaborative, team-focused approach Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionalism, proactivity, and strong attention to detail Exceptional time management and prioritization skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and customers Capacity to multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivation and a proactive attitude Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.
