Description Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in IT service delivery? We’re seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless delivery of IT services across internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and are fit for purpose. Monitor service performance and lead initiatives to improve service quality and consistency. Drive the maturity of ITIL practices across QTC and its service provider ecosystem. Collaborate with Procurement to maintain governance frameworks for infrastructure and network support vendors. Manage vendor performance, escalate risks, and initiate Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) when required. Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technology goals. Support infrastructure planning and change enablement by partnering with design and delivery teams. Champion a culture of ITSM excellence and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks. About You You’re a proactive and collaborative professional with strong technical and interpersonal skills. You thrive in complex, multi-vendor environments and are passionate about continuous improvement. Technical Skills & Experience 5 years in IT Operations and Service Management Strong knowledge of ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred) Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Familiarity with SIAM principles and cloud/networking technologies Experience managing outsourced service providers Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience Desirable Qualifications Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices Build the future with QTC QTC is the central financing authority for the Queensland Government and provides financial resources and services for the State.
