About the Role You will lead analysis, design, and documentation of business processes and requirements to support the successful configuration and delivery of a new Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS). Working across multiple workstreams, you’ll partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, map future-state processes, and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation across HR modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent. Analyse and evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions. Produce detailed functional and non-functional requirements and manage traceability throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support system configuration and testing. Prepare documentation, process maps, and reports to support configuration and decision-making. Skills & Experience 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on large HRIS or HCM implementations. Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning). Proven ability to design and document complex business processes and requirements. Proficiency in BPMN for business process modelling. Experience in data migration, integration, and testing activities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
