Tenancy Contract Officers deliver direct tenancy management services, support and guidance to Remote Public Housing clients according to the Residential Tenancies Act. This role focuses on community engagement and development, with a key responsibility for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with tenants and local organisations. TCOâs can be located across regional and remote locations and are required to undertake regular travel to remote communities, supporting the shared purpose and direction, understands and supports the Organisationâs vision, mission and business objectives. TCOâs works closely with the Tenancy Support Service provider for their remote region, collaborating with local staff, and providing training and support to when required. Three vacancies are available, two ongoing and one fixed to 05/10/2026.
