The Role: As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between the business and its agency clients - building strong relationships, implementing systems, and ensuring seamless operations. Acting as the main point of contact for approximately 20 agencies nationwide Rolling out systems and processes within client businesses Conducting weekly Zoom training sessions and providing ongoing support Troubleshooting issues and offering proactive solutions Strengthening client relationships through clear communication and reliable service The Candidate: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Sales Administration Strong leadership and client management skills High level of confidence with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded) The Benefits: Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends!
