Your new role: As a Customer Support Officer, you'll provide efficient, accurate and compassionate administrative support to ensure outpatient referrals are managed seamlessly. You'll play an important role in delivering quality service by: Registering and processing outpatient referrals using multiple health information systems. Delivering high-quality customer service and clear communication to patients, referral sources, and staff. Consulting with referral sources to confirm demographic and referral details. Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while managing high data volumes efficiently. Prioritising and completing work within designated timeframes. Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Participating in ongoing professional and skills development activities. Demonstrated proficiency with hospital information systems (ESM, HBCIS) and the ability to learn SRWS and The Viewer. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high data entry accuracy.
