The Role As Account Director , you’ll lead a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing strategic oversight and ensuring projects deliver real business impact. Day to day, you’ll: Nurture and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Oversee end-to-end delivery of brand health tracking studies - from design and execution to insight and presentation. Translate data into clear, compelling stories that drive brand strategy. Coach and support junior team members to build confidence and capability. Collaborate across teams to bring innovation and best practice to every project. Keep a close eye on quality, timelines, and budgets, ensuring everything runs smoothly. About You You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You bring: 6 years’ experience in commercial market research, ideally with a strong grounding in brand tracking. Proven client and account management skills, with the ability to tell a story with data. Hands-on analytical experience (ideally using Q or SPSS) A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others. Relevant tertiary qualifications (QPMR highly regarded).
